PURCHASING / SHIPPING
- An acknowledgement of your order will be sent via email. We aim to process all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of item(s). We will need your valid email address in order to proceed with an electronic confirmation.
- All orders placed after 2PM Central Time will begin processing the following business day, subject to availability.
- Orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
- No orders will ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
- For OVERNIGHT or EXPRESS shipping, please contact us at 504.891.8101 during regular business hours. We will do our best to offer expedited shipping.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- All sale merchandise and jewelry are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
- For all other merchandise, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for exchange or refund following the guidelines below.
- All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with all price tags and hang tags intact. Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise via email to sales@shoptionline.com.
- If your request meets our return criteria, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. This RA number should be clearly written on the outside of your box. Returns will not be accepted without the RA number issued by T. written on the box.
- Returns must be prepaid, we will not accept CODs.
- We must receive the authorized merchandise for return NO LATER than seven (7) days after the RA number has been issued.
- We reserve the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.
- We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages or uninsured damages to the contents.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange/refund is processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
