Raquel Allegra

Raquel Allegra began her eponymous label by transforming recycled shirts from the Los Angeles County Prison System into ethereal pieces of deconstructed beauty. Using a shredding technique and a fair amount of artistry basic tees are transformed to something coveted by a growing following. She has since expanded the collection to include richly textured pieces in deerskin, linen, cashmere, silk and French lace.
